Commercial Cleaning Services

  1. Service Agreement

    By engaging our commercial cleaning services, you agree to a service contract specifying the scope, frequency, and duration of cleaning services.

  2. Scheduling

    Cleaning schedules will be mutually agreed upon and may be adjusted based on client needs. Any changes should be communicated at least 48 hours in advance.

  3. Payment Terms

    Payments are due monthly, as specified in the service agreement. Late payments may incur additional fees.

  4. Cancellation Policy

    Cancellations require at least 24 hours' notice. Failure to provide notice may result in the client being charged for the missed service.

  5. Liability

    AMA is fully insured. We take all necessary precautions to handle your premises with care but are not liable for any damage or loss resulting from unforeseen circumstances.

Vending Machine Solutions

  1. Service Agreement

    By utilizing AMA’s vending machine services, you agree to the terms outlined in our vending service contract, which specifies placement, maintenance, and product offerings.

  2. Product Availability

    AMA aims to provide a diverse range of products; however, availability may vary. We reserve the right to modify product selections based on demand.

  3. Payment Terms

    Payment for products is due at the point of sale through available payment methods. We do not offer refunds for items purchased unless faulty.

  4. Maintenance and Support

    AMA will handle all maintenance and restocking of vending machines. Clients should report any malfunctions or issues promptly for swift resolution.

  5. Liability

    AMA is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of vending machines, including but not limited to personal injury or property damage.
